Because we are a small, family run Language School we make sure that we pay particular attention to detail and ensure that every youngster is well cared for, happy and developing his/her English as much as possible.

We are linked to Davison C of E High School for Girls, Worthing and this is where our host families are chosen from. All families are personally known to us and have been selected because they are keen to welcome and get to know youngsters from abroad. They also all have children of a similar age in their household. This ensures that all our foreign students are very well taken care of and have someone in the house that they can befriend.

The English Lessons in the morning take place at Davison C of E High School and every classroom is fully equipped with a projector and an electronic white board.  This allows for a great variety in teaching methods; from traditional text books to SMART board games, video clips, internet based activities and authentic English material such as magazines and newspapers.

All our activities take place with English native teenagers ensuring that bilingual groups are always created. Activities range from sporting competitions such as beach volleyball and rounders to exciting adventure sports such as rock climbing and canoeing and small group activities like cookery and pottery painting.  All allow youngsters to relax and have fun while trying out new and exciting tasks and making international friends at the same time.  We also run many excursions to places of interest such as Brighton, Portsmouth and a full day trip to London and as with our other activities, native English teenagers accompany the foreign students. This is the best way to learn and develop a language, by practising it in a real life situation and by making new friends.
